Refund Policy

At L Wellness, we are committed to providing the highest quality services and products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Service Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, all service sales are final.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We are happy to discuss your concerns and may offer a complimentary correction or alternative resolution at the discretion of management.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

 

Product Return Policy

  • Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange with a receipt.

  • Opened products may only be returned if they caused an adverse skin reaction. Proof (photo or consultation with a provider) may be required.

  • Sale items and promotional products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards may be used for any services or products at [Your Spa Name] and do not expire.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service booked.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure a complete treatment. Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled services.
