Welcome to L Wellness, LLC. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the full-service amount.
Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to your appointment. Certain treatments may not be suitable in some circumstances.
llness Policy: If you feel unwell or show symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if illness is suspected.
Sanitation: Our spa adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all equipment, tools, and treatment areas.
Services and Pricing
Service Changes: Services and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our website and materials up to date.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
Massage & Esthetics Policy
Professional Boundaries: All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible reporting to authorities.
Consent & Comfort: Your comfort is our priority. You may request modifications or stop a service at any time.
Payments & Refunds
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept [list payment types, e.g., cash, credit/debit, etc.].
Gratuity: Tips are appreciated but not required.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
Gift Cards & Packages

Liability Waiver

You have disclosed all relevant health conditions.
You assume full responsibility for any outcomes related to the service received.

Pre-Treatment Considerations:
Doctor's clearance or referral is needed prior to treatment for clients undergoing cancer treatment or who have lymphedema
We cannot treat clients with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis
Consult your OB/GYN prior to your appointment if you are pregnant or nursing
We cannot treat clients with active infections or cold sores
If you have a history of cold sores, take a prescribed medication prophylactically for 8 hours before and 48 hours after treatment
We cannot perform lymphatic drainage on clients with kidney/bladder/UTI infections, Crohn's disease, hyperthyroidism, or deep vein thrombosis
Consult your primary care doctor prior to your appointment if you have an autoimmune disease (lupus, scleroderma, diabetes, etc.), or are on anticoagulants or blood thinners
No sunburn, eczema, or rashes in area to be treated
